looked like a great opportunity to get into a company i have been watching for the past year.

ECN has shown to be a good company with accreditive M&A, wanted to wait until after dividend for a dip but turns out the dip associated with it already occured a month ago.  Dissappointed thought the opportunity was today at a brief misprice of a discounted 3-4.
