Pathetic.

With all due respect,  what did you contribute?

The stock seems to be chugging along nicely gaining over a buck today and surging past that resistance at $55 or so.

It looks like the next stop is the $59 level again when we will see if it has the momentum to get past $60 this time around.

It kind of depends on earnings which should be good due to high demand and full pipes.

It looks like they have been buying back shares so that should help.

A 6% yield and share buybacks.

Go Enbbridge! ;-)

I wouldn't get too excited about the buck and change gain Monday.  You know how Enbridge trades, it'll probaby give back most of those gains today.....

Enbridge gave back none of those gains and on a down market day too.

Why?

Investors jumping on board for the ride up to earnings?

The NCIB buying back shares at a pace that is setting a bottom here?

Who cares?

Just Go Enbridge! ;-)

Valid point, investors (gamblers) are placing their bets and spinning the earnings wheel, kinda like they do on the pot stocks I guess.

Place your bets gentlemen , oh and yes, not just the gentlemen, but you too women, non binary, and LBGTQRSYV PLUS 7 ( I don't want to exclude anyone ) - and hope for the best.

It is not gambling when you can't lose.  With an over 6% yield that beats GICs and any other blue chip stocks how can you?

That is right I said blue chip as the utility end of this investment guarantees FCF and dividends year after year.

PC terminolgy is easy and you already used it.  Investor.  If you have cash it is the great equalizer.

One thing is certain if you invest your cash in ENB you are going to have more cash.

Crash after crash, pandemic, recession, financial crisis...ENB pays and it always pays more.

Go Enbridge! ;-)

Well kids, there's one and half percent give back of the two percent gain last week, inevitable I suppose.

Was it the earnings miss, the fact Nancy Pilosi gave the finger to Beijing and went to Taiwan, or a combination of the two ?

And Friday sees ENB give back yet another TWO percent!!
So ENB has given back 3 and 1/2 percent of it's 2 percent gain last week.  Hate to say I told you so, and I do apologize that my timing of the give back was off by a couple of days.

You don't even know what day it is.

CNQ gave up more than ENB today on an earnings beat and a $1.50 special divy announcement.

The whole sector dropped.

ENB is up 12% YTD add in a 6% divy and ,,,,

Go Enbridge! ;-)

Ahhh the life of a retiree that really only cares about the div and possibly the drip.

I do believe I hit the nail on the head with that one.

6%

Down ANOTHER 1/2 % today, to end the week ( I think today is Friday isn't it ? )

It would appear those earnings weren't too impressive after all....

I would say they were impressive enough.

What goes up, must come down, spin the wheel, place your bets..

Financial forecasts from someone that can't keep track of the days of the week.

Up 21/2% still this month hardly seems like a burst.

Did I mention the 6% div?

Go Enbridge! ;-)

Happy Sunday, oh wait, is today Saturday ?

What goes up must come down, it would appear oil has hit it's peak, just like the housing market did, and now both are on a downward trajectory.

Housing and oil might bounce back, but for the here and now, both appear to be on the decline.
 Not a prediction, a fact.

Well if that is the case then you should short everything.  Or is it possible that platitude does not apply to everything?

Just like a dip in oil prices and the housing market is not a bubble bursting.

Not really facts as much as exaggerations of facts.

Oil is still up 30% over last year at this time and the US was not releasing 1 million barrels per day then like it is now.  That will end in October and have to be put back.

Natural Gas is up over 100% then at this time last year and heating demand hasn't started yet.

Also Natural Gas inventories are below average for this time of year so injections need to be ramped up.

Enbridge isn't just an NG pipeline it is an NG utility.  High demand  equals good business.

Did you notice the renewables revenue increase in the earnings report?

It is always good to remember that ENB is an energy delivery company.

Energy use is going up and when it does the delivery companies make money.

They also pay money.  ENB is over 6% in yield.  Highly...sustainable...yield.

Go Enbridge! ;-)

And never anything from this guy unless it is misquotes and snide remarks.

Lots of complainers, not many contributers.

It looks like ENB may be on its way to that $59 resistance level with a couple of days left until earnings are announced.

Hopefully it will provide a nice tailwind for the share price ramp up to ex-divy day in August.

Go Enbridge! ;-)

Enbridge is a utility and pipeline company.
They are north america's largest pipeline.
Line 3 is full and demand for oil is robust.
i think this will be $65 by the end of year.
