RE:ERE.UN buys 2 more properties !!That's great to see.

They need to kickstart the share price which is lagging badly. I expected ERE.UN to be at least $6.00 plus by now.

The rent control talk in the netherlands has muted any price increase so they need to buy more properties to make up for the possible slowdown in rent increases.

Also still opportunity to get properties from CAPREIT to add value.

Still a very high quality reit with tremendous growth potential for the very patient investor.
