Bought more

Own 250k now at 2.9$ .  Easy 6% div yield with potential for Capital Gains when this hits near its NAV of >5CAD .
Till then 6% yield is 3750$ monthly  in DRIP . Nice .
When i sell out at 5$ this will net me 500k in profits
