EXM / DIB Meeting

I believe today is / was the day DIB and EXM had a meeting to vote on the merger. Has anyone heard if this was finalized, as well as the final ratio for the stock swap??

Well of course,they agreed to do the merger,you get more .2040 shares of DIB for each share of EXM.Say you buy 200,000 shares of EXM for 2 cents= 4000.00, wait for the exchange-or short the DIB shares ...more

I'd say there's little choice, esp. for deep underwater Exmin holders.....aHEM!!....like myself....DIB could become worth something more.....after all they DO have very good copper and gold ...more

Like taking candy from a kid, 50% to be made just by holding till the merger, you can't go wrong folks.  Buy now, Exmin is the buy of the century, a sure thing, just need to hold.
