RE:RE:RE:Founder Jonathan Ritchey ?
You're aware that Jonathan Ritchey remains Chief Scientist at Exro right? The role of director is quite different from that of Chief Scientist and this change could simply reflect the desire of Mr.Ritchey to focus his time on the technology itself.
Further, Sue Ozdemir was just recently elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM. Note that there are only 6 board positions available and that this number was reaffirmed at the AGM. Jonathan Ritchey merely made room for Sue Ozdemir to sit on the board by stepping down. This is frankly a better fit since she can now oversee day-to-day operations as well as have a role in the strategic direction; something she is likely much more capable of doing given her background. Having the CEO on the Board of Directors is both common and often desirable.
The suggestion that Jonathan Ritchey is somehow unhappy or is being pushed out appears to be more an artifact of poor research than proof of an actual schism in the company given his continued and prominent role.
