May 3 end of week FFN NAV
Considering the MS Money closing rate of 1.3684 (0.7306), my calculations show a NAV of 15.6247, bringing in another good gain in spite of TD crash

Canada’s main stock index inched up on Friday. The only drag on the TSX was a drop in the energy sector while mining led gains.

Spreadsheet is showing a gain of 12 cents .. and that value the commons @ $5.62 after all monthly dist. are paid. Last trade @ $5.49 leaves it trading at a slight discount. Highest yield

FFN unit nav in realtime = approx: $15.62
Showing a gain of about 12 cents in realtime,, despite the poor USD exchange vs CAD. FFN has a lower % weighting in TD in my spreadsheet formula than FTN has.. and MS and USB are up nicely which

Ok so that is a lot closer to stockwatch 's number for April 30th , which i have used for a few years to do these spreadsheets. SOMETIMES i am exact to the penny, other times i am out over 5 cents
