Spreadsheet is showing a gain of about 33 cents since feb 29, so FFN makes the distributions to commons easily. Last sale @ $5.42 leaves a bit of discount if we dont account for upcoming

FFN unit nav to March 14 = approx: $15.52
My spreadsheet showing a gain of about 32 cents since the udpate on Feb 29. Not a high degree of confidence in the numbers, but I will say for sure FFN commons should get paid for MARCH...!!

~$15.49. The discount has narrowed substantially to ~$0.09 after accounting for accrued dividends.

Past data may not be that helpful as payouts for FFN and FTN increased with the hiking of distributions to preferreds . Not comparing apples to apples.

The advantage for DGS is that the payout is not as high, AND it is much more diversified. IF the financials take a hit DGS may fare better than FFN .

DGS trades at NAV and yields 20% where as FFN trades at a Discount to NAV and yields 24%. So, I think FFN is a better buy until it trades at NAV or little bit higher. Any comments?
