It offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. RE:RE:RE:RE:NAV Valentine's DayIt is in Quadravest's interests to increase interest in their funds and ensure they remain attractive. This only happens, in general, when dividends are paid out as this is the main reason most retail investors buy these split shares.

Most importantly, when these shares trade at a premium, Quadravest can issue new shares at a premium and that both increases assets under management (and liquidity) while also enhancing the NAV.
