So was a penny higher than my spreadsheet estimate. 
After the negative turn the last few days, FTN UNIT NAV now @ aprrox: $17.11
Last trade @ $7.50 means the premium now @ 24 cents or about  3.3%
Much better deal than LBS, which stayed in the green today, despite losing 20 cents since thursday off the UNIT NAV.
