Having said that, we don't know their relationships with the company, we don't know that they may own 150k shares in a blind trust, we don't know that they may have been around for decades and maybe they helped GH through tough times or provided insights to assist with raising capital / buybacks / reviewing potential deals etc.
We don't know what we don't know.
It would be nice to see a nomimal amount of shares owned by each director but even if they don't show any shares, there usually are intagibles that the AIF does not disclose.
I think these guys have all been with the company since it IPO'd on the venture. Management wouldn't endorse them if they didn't have something to offer.
For now, we just ended Q2 and it will be exciting to see a quarter of operations without mandates and lockdowns.
What's even more fascinating is that while the general stock markets sell off in fear, GH shares are shrugging off the negative news. Always a good sign!!
