The owners must think they own regular etfs. As a closed end fund, they don't realize the nav doesnt equal the selling price.

its been trading at a large premium.  Managment has only just started an ATM financing program. (at the market)...not sure what took them so long. I don't have any but would suggest it is ...more

I guess you need to read yourself again. Posted NAV as of Dec 31st net of distribution is $8.21 for INC.UN. Closing price is $8.40.......hum? Maybe you have wrong board.
