You are correct that was me. Dipped my toes in with a starter position at that level and said do not buy over $5 and that I was waiting for low $4's or even $3s and a double digit distribution. Someone else criticized me for price targetting that low. I made a small buy today and have another one set in the low $3's. I never go all in.

This one has unfortunately dusted the long time owners. There is almost no way they get back to even. But, under $4 this has potential. Panic selling has set in and my target basket is only 40% full.
