At that time, it may be better to park your money somewhere else to increase growth potential. Having said that, I feel this one is not over, and may still be just getting started. For me, Jags high share count, may have been capping the growth potential. This consolidation opens Jag to another group of investors that would otherwise have avoided it. Seems like a natural progression at a perfect time, to insight further growth. I totally understand the concerns and there may be some SP manipulation (like KL after the Detour acquisition) as the new investors enter. If Jag can keep the momentum, this can be a good thing. I gotta say, I kinda wish the dividen was a little less with the plan of future quarterly pay outs, however, I’ll take this one.
