In contrast Kelt mgnt is a tight knit, small, aging,group that's been together perhaps too long without truly independant expertise in a few areas they lack, for one investor relations and a cohesive exit strategy vs sell off one property and keep option farming onto the next
As a longer term Kelt shareholder, I appreciate your enthusiasim and do believe some but to admit you fail to do appropriate due diligence on the option trail tells me you're considerably newer to this than I am...trust but verify
