Coarse gold
No one seems to care about the coarse gold anymore, but the giant nuggets were main reason that investors got involved in the first place. So how much more have they found & what is the company doing with the coarse gold? How much have they stockpiled? How much have they sold? To whom have they been selling gold? Should we be expecting any major announcement on the upcoming webcast Monday?

I just briefly discussed this in my post "In Praise of Our Nickel"

Coarse gold is by its nature typically very high-grade, and I referred to it in that post as bonanza gold (short for “bonanza-grade gold”). Sorry plezen if that was confusing to you or anyone else.

Yes, the banker mentality definitely won out. The coarse gold finds actually came to be viewed as some sort of problem. All I can say is that it is certainly the type of problem other miners would love to have. As I alluded to in my former post, our glamour shots will now have to come exclusively from nickel.

PH made it clear early on that he wanted mostly institutional investors, as such, institutional investors want a stable SP, not the volatility caused by reporting coarse finds, so this is where we are at. There came a tounge in cheek saying everytime coarse gold came up in disscussion...."and we all know how institutions hate coarse gold", haha.
