Right you are.  Added some more today.  MRT.un successfully renewed and refinanced at a significant discount and are cashed up so NONE of the Lenders can squeeze them.

Number of assets are UNencumbered.....I suspect to give comfort to the convertable debenture.  Their recent mortages have been at a much lower rate, so they will likely finance at the lower rates. 

Goverment tenants are not going anywhere and a number of renos are getting completed.  All good stuff.   And yet the share price lags....Not sure what I am missing.

Will keep adding as it firms up in price.  Good Luck Longs.  Parent might just buy it out.
