RE:RE:RE:Mrt.un is a Deep Value REIT investment.It is pretty obvious (at least to me) that there will be a strong rebound in retail sales once it is safe to go inside again.    Just look at New Zealand, where they had a short, sharp lockdown at the start of the pandemic and wiped out the virus.  There was a sharp drop in sales in Q2 2020, followed by three strong quarters of growth.  Retail sales in NZ are now well above the pre-pandemic level.

People in Canada are sick of being cooped up and are itching to mill about in a real stores, entertainment facilities, and restaurants.  This sea change, combined with property improvements and a rotation into more suitable tenants, makes me confident that MRT's gallerias will do okay (which is all that needs to happen in order for the stock to pop).
