Their Website, shows the annual break down of the their distribution into taxable and non taxable. Over many years they distributed $0.96 per year.  And the taxable portion was generally half, except for a couple of years....i believe, when Sears left and they had to reconfigure the space and had huge one time expense they could write off.

In the first two quarters, I did not see any jump in bad debt or any large expense beyond 2020.
So I expect that they will have at least the same as last year of taxable income which was just a hair under $0.50.   Nothing stops them from just doing a special extra distribution at the end of the year.
