What it reveals is that the severity of the corona virus is weakening as it did 100 years ago before fizzling out. By Spring Omicron will be old news and summer the beginning of easing of mask mandates. And by next winter the market will look past variants once and for all. Next year the market will be focussed more on inflation and rising rates than covid.
