What’s happening?

Stock seems to be weak compared to other REITS, AD.UN up almost 3% with NXR down $1.50, ER seemed good.

Not sure if it's the Markets but almost a 10% haircut of the stock this Week, seems the whole Sector is hurting.

Sunnyboy: Now that the SMU.un acquisition deal is closing (today) ... I would not be at all surprised to see NXR.un being targeted as the next take-over target in the Industrial REIT sector. Cheers!
