you bought at the peak so likely you are losing. ive been buying and DCAing since this was $2 until $13. Now its hitting below $9, its time to load up more for long term hold.

Visited Company website and found this is not as advertised. It is not a pure industrial property trust as the name indicates. They also own several retail and office properties mainly in Quebec. I ...more
