As long as the numbers add up, and it makes good margin, then I'm fine with the cost of borrowing vs earnouts. Are we talking about 15% annually? If the investment is 20m, that's 3m per annum ...more

I won't say these are comparable interest rates because  the sovereign risk of working in other countries varies with the country ,  but  the Brookfield loan  is not cheap ...more
