How I read it, and what makes sense to me, is that once the 15% return happens, profit sharing on anything above that with navi? begins.... I don't believe they would give every penny over the 15%

As long as the numbers add up, and it makes good margin, then I'm fine with the cost of borrowing vs earnouts. Are we talking about 15% annually? If the investment is 20m, that's 3m per annum

this is what makes a market the larger developers with access to cheaper cost of capital will be able to bid for PIF and make it very accretive as they refinance, over time either of these players

I won't say these are comparable interest rates because the sovereign risk of working in other countries varies with the country , but the Brookfield loan is not cheap
