They have about a billion dollars in debt and a bit less than that in cash flow between now and 2025. The hydro asset PPA In NY will likely be renewed higher when the PPA expires and is probably worth ...more

ATP is bloated with debt. Let's say Polaris could buy ATP's common shares with an all share deal. Then, it would dilute current shareholders by about 50%. Then, they would have to deal with ...more

If you look at the cash flow profile of ATP, $180m in EBITDA and trading at the same multiplel as PIF with a lower equity value it provides a ton of free cash flow for PIF to invest in South America ...more
