The bid at $17.19 is probably looking to take advantage of today's potential weak markets. It is large enough to punch our the first 9 levels of Asks (ie. all the way to $18.28). GLTA

They did. They have multiple options. It should get done within 6 months if I understood well. They will likely get a longer term which will reduce repayments and increase cashflows.

the cash is for acquisition of new power plant. It was supposed to happen last summer but delayed because of covid. Now slated for this year

Maybe they are holding cash to get better rate on new loans? Banks alway like to give money to those that have it
