75.6% to former note holder alone, so i think you are right. 720 million shares and they get 540 million roughly. plus theres warrants. a Lot of dilution, however if they can get some drill results ...more

I figure that up to 85% of the Restructured shares are now in the hands of 3 holders -  PCEP, White Tundra, and Shyba. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Theres going to be 800 million shares roughly I think. Unless I am wrong. isnt this concerning? Is debt 100 % eliminated?

If Matthew Shyba wants to salvage is investment in PPR, he's definitely going to have to do a lot of averaging down.  If I remember correctly, most of his buying was being done around the .20 ...more
