RE:RE:RE:Q3 report scheduled for Nov 8

RE:RE:RE:Q3 report scheduled for Nov 8the stock price is holding above the placement price (probably due to higher commodity pricing than anything management is currently doing).
it is a junior trying to reinvent itself so likely limited funds for IR purposes (dont really agree if this is the case).
You figure they would want to encourage any new investors here.
Again, i dont think you would go through this whole exercise without a long term plan in place and a belief that there is value here that can be exploited.
It's almost as if they are running it as a private company at the moment, which they easily could have gone that route.
Its a wait and see stock at the momenmt.

Still no announced appointment  of a CEO yet.
What in the world is the new Board of Directors doing?
Do they have a CFO competant enough to get quarterly financials done on time, unlike in Q2?
None of the properties on EAG have been sold in many months. Does this mean they havent had any success with the old well reactivations?
Commodity prices have been favorable, yet the stock has gone nowhere.
How long will PCEP and the other couple of major shareholders go along with this before they give up.? I have too much invested here to give up.
