Exactly what is the deal with this company? Seems like it went through alot of exercises to stay public but didnt exactly raise a boatload of new money. At the same time, you have to admire the determination by insiders to take haircuts on debt, put some new money in, revise the original arangement in order to make it work. Matt2018, who knows? They havent answered my e-mails. Still no announced appointment  of a CEO yet. What in the world is the new Board of Directors doing? Do they have a CFO competant enough to get quarterly financials done on time, unlike in Q2?   None of the properties on EAG have been sold in many months. Does this mean they havent had any success with the old well reactivations?

the stock price is holding above the placement price (probably due to higher commodity pricing than anything management is currently doing). it is a junior trying to reinvent itself so likely limited funds for IR purposes (dont really agree if this is the case). I dont think PCEP, a private equity business would be interested in taking them private. If anything they might try to sell their position to another company who may be interested in putting more cash into PPR in order to make them a truely viable e&p. Not answering emails is always a red flag.  Sometimes there is a reason for their silence, but I've learned from the past not to put new money into companies that lack transparency.
