I think in time that QIPT is a prime take-out target.  However we'll have to be a bit more patient given the present economic environment.  I suspect with rates on the increase, many prospective buyers are determined to keep their powder dry and not take on more debt or raise new capital short term.  I think a buyout will come but it's probably 2 years out or more based solely on interest rates.  

This is fine, as management gets a lot more time to continue to execute and raise that inevitable future premium.   A great Q2 2023 and movement to the TAX Big Board puts us above $10 very soon anyhow so there will be other rewards while we wait.
