RE:RE:RE:RE:2021

RE:RE:RE:RE:2021I agree, outcome 3 is exactly what we are in right now. No abatement in the rising cases, despite being locked down in toronto for months. That is why Sweden was so crucial a case in 2020, they never locked down, subways were packed, restaurants are STILL open indoors, schools are open. The west laughed at them and predicted in april that millions will die because of this, and that never happened. They are with line with all other european countries, in fact much lower than some countries with the strictest lockdowns. And even though we know this, we still chose to lockdown. Whoever thinks they're gonna open up fully by the end of this year is mistaken

It's only rocket science if you continue listening to these skewed "proffesional" opinions and media circus. I saw a interview today with an NFL player and they asked him about missing a week because he tested positive, his response was "it was very real when you realize how fast they can take the game away from you" again I will repeat the fact that now almost half of the NFL players have tested positive at some point throughout this season resulting in zero deaths also NOT resulting in ongoing problems among them, they are back in a week. This is a statistic that is real not fake, in fact this goes for all sports. The NHL also starting their season in 10 days.

Eventually it might be gone, or linger, who knows... thats the future, all I know is people are not going to hibernate for much longer. Its getting to the point for some people they would rather take more risks of getting it... My step mom and father just got over it, and it wasnt that bad for them.. For people with underlying conditions it is worse but I have gone from someone who was originally quite paranoid about it back in March to someone who realizes that I would survive it and so would my family. If I get it then I get it, oh well... we will adapt and people will become more resistant to it... And people are sick and tired of working from home, we are becoming a bunch of zombies... Bored, nothing to do, no one to talk to... ya great life..

Commercial buildings will be fighting over the last type of tennants that will want commercial office space ,lowering rents drastically . Retail locations other than grocerys in the towers will continue to suffer . The move to the suburbs for downtown renters, owners of condos will accelerate as prices continue to drop in city cores and rise sharply outside the city . The work from ANYWHERE will accelerate .
