Buffett buying gold. So what does that mean for RealEstate?
If Buffett buying gold and selling his banks, he must see something wrong is going to happen. So does anyone have an opinion of holding realestate such as RioCan or the other REITS? Thanks so much.

basically he is saying close to 0 interest rate for years to come so sell banks ( make less in low interest rate) and buy gold ( inflation) real estate value goes up with inflation and 0 interest rate

Right. That's what I am thinking too. Realestate being a real asset should go up in value. I am thinking that we better be holding tangible assets like land, buildings, and gold/silver. Buffett has a small gold holding of $563 Million and he has sold all Goldman Sachs, as well as reducing his position on Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase.

Real estate is the second or last asset that go up due to inflation
