If I were a heavy duty investor I would be buying up this stock. and if riocan could I would be planning a stock repurchase plan. Seriously under valued stock.

It’s amazing how you can miss the point so completely. You can’t just compare a B-class mall REIT with another REIT over a very short period of investing time without looking at all the factors that

The accounting in NRR got really complicated especially with all the deals and reverse deals and I couldn't fully grasp it in a reasonable amount of time so I put it in the "Too Hard"
