The time is right could be 2-3 years down the road. I was up 400K on sru.un and now only 40k, As long as distr flows in . i can wait 2-3 years.

Its all manipulated bullcr@p, didnt hear about high inflation for 2 years and when you did no one cared. The same old story will get old soon and once the CPI number flattens or goes down market will rebound fast. Market is ahead of the game, never forget that!

Rates coming down, inflation is not. This is why we own real estate/ hard assets. You don't even know what you're doing here bud.
