NG up 6% today. Oil around a 52 week high. All of its peers up in the last week. Volume is double than average all week. Im not an expert in the energy field. Does anyone have any clue

The average daily volume is 2.6 million and today it's over 4.2 million .. I really wonder what's going on?

Looks unchanged to me. At least for now. Production for 2016 thus far is 10,400 with 2016 guidance between 9,000-9200. Definitely a negative.

So frustrating. Goes up when it should go down and down when it should be up. Nothing makessense with is stock in the last 12 months. Just buy me out and take me out of my misery.

Assets are very solid, some of the best Bottom line is if you find a great real estate rental project to buy with a 30% annual return and your cost of capital is 40% then it doesn't matter
