First two companies sold where during a down turn in oil prices. The third was during a boom. It's time.

It's what they always planned. The company is a steal now before oil starts to recover in the coming year or two. Big interest in RMP from the recent FECC in TO. High net worth investors from FEC ...more

I would disagree with that opinion. Last buyout/take over I was in, the insiders acumulated right up until they could then anounced the buyout. This group builds companies to be bought. Time will tell ...more

Im not sure a buyout is in the short term forecast. The company has been building a new prospective core montney area since the downturn, very counter cyclical. Buy cheap to have more assets down the ...more

If New V is the acquirer. I don't see them paying over $3.50 as it makes the deal dilutive to them in terms of cash flow as well as production.
