No doubt that we might see buy out will happen at this level..... The question if the shareholders will get 100% premium or not.... I just bought a small position @ 1.18. Good luck.

way oversold

Financials were not great, sure, but oil also touched $26/barrel in Q1. Lets not kid ourselves, there is no reason RMP should be trading so far below its book value other than emotion/panic. I
