No one can be naive enough to believe that this administration is pro oil and gas. Maybe the Prime Minister cannot do something on his own personally against this extremely important project, but his tentacles go everywhere and his administration definitely is anti oil and gas and will do everything to make sure it isn't going smoothly. To believe in a fantasy that a rough terrain, turtles, and frogs can hold this pipeline up is a closet liberal's dream come true.
