IF there is indeed good news to come I would rather see the news first and the requisite price jump and then the split to get it uplisted but doing it before the good news is just a recipe for people to get hurt.

The question is what happens to the share price between the time of the split and the time the news comes out. I think I have a pretty good idea and with 1/8 of your position and a much larger downside pricewise you are forced to make a decision.

I think we all knew a split was coming and if news does come first I'm OK with that but count me as skeptical.
