Never expected to see a r/s at this level. The company doesn't need money and the history of reverse splits are to just have it manipulated back down. They are too low to move to nasdaq so what does a 0.64 share price do. Not sure I see the reasoning here. Even with a series of news releases it can be held down and manipulated. More cons than pros at this share price level.
