RS ARE NEVER GOOD

This will go down to around 6 or 7 until the 18th then open up around .50 and then grind down ( manipulated) more into the 30,s , these never never beneficial to the shareholders .

If/ when being in NASDAQ is worth the split Imo. I'm tired of penny flippers... Ask your self where this will be come spring. I agree it may go down short term. But long term, if successful this will be huge.

a rs done right now is not so dramatic. After the latest good income news I'm not worried. Fewer shares available and a hot sector could be beneficial for the sp!

the reason r.s dont usually work out in shareholder favour is when the company is in a desperate postion and trying to save itself. your right the price usually falls back down to around the price before the spilit. but in our case , its being done right...we have significant news about to come out...anlyst backing...r.s may help us list on u.s exchange as well as get us visablity from investors ...more

Mark me down as against it - at this time. IF there is indeed good news to come I would rather see the news first and the requisite price jump and then the split to get it uplisted but doing it before the good news is just a recipe for people to get hurt. The question is what happens to the share price between the time of the split and the time the news comes out. I think I have a pretty good ...more

Shares after consolidation are valued at .56 cents .56 cents divided by 8 = .07 cents per share. your shares are now valued at 7 cents a share. I repeat. expect share price to drop down to 7 cents before the split. good luck all

Never expected to see a r/s at this level.  The company doesn't need money and the history of reverse splits are to just have it manipulated back down.  They are too low to move to nasdaq so what does a 0.64 share price do.  Not sure I see the reasoning here.  Even with a series of news releases it can be held down and manipulated.  More cons than pros at this share ...more

I don't either? Sounds like more cap could come in after, but is it really required ? Maybe...What it does is completely clean up the books so there are no questions going forward as to what, and exactly what is outstanding?  Fresh Start.....going forward. Now we will see what happens...???

A reversre split isn't a capital raise.

Companies often do a r/s to prepare for a future PP to give themselves more room to issue shares.  But this company doesnt need money.  The sp is too low to meet Nasdaq listing requirements.  Maybe the lower float and higher sp will entice more institutional investors is the only reason I can see.  But that is a risk since this can be manipulated and shorted down from 0.60 or ...more
