Was driving by today and decided to check out this TNT property 100% rented by ATB Bank
3699 63 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T3J 0G7
Looks top notch, clean and lots of parking stalls. Went inside and liked the condition

I also checked out their properties by going to their website and then checking them out on google maps. Yes, many look "Top Notch" and occupied. But that wasn't enough to prevent me from selling as these factors were not an issue so much. HIGH RATES are or will be an issue. I also checked out other similar reits, their share price over the years
