3650 Victoria Park in Toronto

Thought they were selling it, a new site appearing on Cushman Wakefield show the building being fully revamped with a new gym and ESG certifications. Wonder if they instead got a good leasing offer and decided to keep it as a rental. Pretty nice building. Drimmer buying off the charts keeps me feeling good. It's the only REIT i am still down on but I like what they are doing so might add more.
