I'd have to agree.  I used to own NKL, but after the deal was announced, I rolled my NKL holdings into UMJ. 25 UMJ shares for one NKL share sounds great to me.  UMJ at .12 is like buying ...more

When the deal closes on June 15th is the way I read it.  My guess in NKL will be 6 dollars by then which puts us over 20 cents easily, barring another stock market meltdown.    My ...more
