RE:change of CEONet debt is $420mm, which is only 4.2x EBITDA.   Still high and needs to be dealt with in this high interest rate environment.  The ex-CEO was totally reckless and the BOD let him overspend and lose focus on the financial risks facing the company.   If they are successful in selling some IP then the debenture is not an issue.   Stock is trading at 1/3 of the break-up value...once they get the debt dealt with we should see the stock move higher quickly.
