Not unless Patriot wishes to have their wrists slapped. The announcement of a new CEO is Material Information therefore it must be publicly disclosed. This discussion/ presentation will only be viewed by those that filled out a 3rd party form, therfore by definition any new material information presented would not meet the burden of Public Disclosure.

If they put out a press release stating the fact just prior to this show going on, then they are free to flap their gums about it until the cows come home.
