We are already down $0.04 already this morning. My gut tells me if something monument were to happen tomorrow you should expect a rather big attempt by the market makers to pick up some cheap shares from weak hands. Be prepared to pull the buy trigger if that were to happen.

The big shake down has began. Tells me something of substance is a big possibility tomorrow.

Nothing substantial will come from an interview. That Wouldn’t be the correct way to inform the owners (us) or the market. All we can hope for is a confirmation stating that Pat is still om track and focused on revenue. Maybe a hint of some Big revenue driver in the near future.  The same goes for bad news too. Won’t come out in a sponsered interview

"perhaps announcing the new ceo?" Not unless Patriot wishes to have their wrists slapped. The announcement of a new CEO is Material Information therefore it must be publicly disclosed. This discussion/ presentation will only be viewed by those that filled out a 3rd party form, therfore by definition any new material information presented would not meet the burden of Public Disclosure

I totally agree, Jah. Andrew Uerkwitz is no slouch...he is one of Oppenheimer Inc's senior analysts, specializing in up- and-coming tech. It is a bit of a coup just to be able to mention Pat and Uerkwitz in the same breath. Oppenheimer is a major NYC brokerage- 3500 employees managing $25 billion in assets.  To put it mildy, this is a step up from the usual Kip Herriage fluff piece

i don't think they would qualify for a large us exchange yet, but I hope I'm wrong on this.  I agree with nightstocker's hypothesis: PR tomorrow AM and then more detail in the interview. I loaded up today on more shares, rolling the dice. glta longs! g

TheGesharoo: I know the option you are referring to which required the price to be above a certain threshold for a certain period but I was thinking the line of the company IPO-ing a US entity (Patriot One Tech. US) with a one-for-one transfer of ptotf to the new entity. Does that sound like something that can be done? I know there are other options than can get them there as well.
