The H-E-B centre home of the farm teams  for 
4. NHL Dallas Stars
5. NBA Sanantonio Spurs
That's five we allready have that connection with. 
We need DHS.

The way I interpretted that goal (5 pro teams by end of 2024) was this: - underpromise, overdeliver.... they know damned well they have five teams lined up already.  The rest will be gravy in terms of that goal - this is good! - it tells me there is likely zero doubt about their DHS application, or they would not be stating the above noted goal. - Not so much an interpretation, but a
