Ask yourself the question - is TBE getting WTI pricing?  The short answer is no.  They receive some price between WSC pricing (currently at $32 USD and a discount to WTI based on inputs and differentials).

If you think something is obvious and not understood by the market the answer is you don't understand the factors and inputs.

Lets upgrade the quality of discussion.
