OT Parliament Working Group?With the OT Parliament Working Group report purportedly coming out this week it might be a good time to look back at how the past Mongolian president saw the project. This interview was not long before Mgl passed a new mining law that basically shutdown FDI and shortly before OT underground development was halted. In a nutshell, Mgl was against RT borrowing $6 billion for the underground mine b/c they would owe $2 billion of that.
