RE:RE:My vote is cast

RE:RE:My vote is castHi Desperado.  I don't know if it is possible to renegotiate the consolidation, I really don't. I think that the consolidation is a very important aspect of the deal. If it is voted against, this is what might happen - it is my opinion, not a fact.
The deal as a whole will be cancelled. The stock will be relisted and might eventually go down, say 0.1-0.02. At this point, people that were interested to the deal will buy enough shares to secure the necessary votes to accept the same deal 3-6 months later.
Everybody would have lost 3-6 months without discarting the eventuality that Terranueva will either negotiate an even better deal with Axe - because, for example, THEY WILL HAVE GOTTEN THEIR PRODUCTION LICENSE - or they will do a better deal with someone else.

This is only my opinion, but an opinion based on facts that I use to know because of my relationships with key people involved in the deal.

IF THE TERRANUEVA DEAL WAS NOT THE BEST DEAL WHEN IT WAS NEGOTIATED 6 MONTHS AGO, IT IS NOW BECOME  A VERY GOOD DEAL FOR AXE SHAREHOLDERS.

Should we take the risk to loose it by trying to improve it ? My well informed answer is clearly NO.
